Hometown
Graydon grew up in Issaquah, Washington (near Seattle) in the beautiful Pacific Northwest of the United States. He then moved to Southern California and lived there for eight years to attend university and graduate school.

Thesis Topic
Title: Perichoresis and Theosis: Communion between God and God and Between God and Man.

Under the supervision of Rev. Dr. Stephen R. Holmes, Graydon’s thesis explores the logical connection between different categories of usage of the terms perichoresis and theosis in modern Trinitarian theology.

His research interests include Trinitarian Theology, Christology, Theology Proper, Fourth-Century Historical Theology, Sanctification, and Participation Language in the New Testament.

Other Information
Before moving to the UK, Graydon was involved in higher education as the Assistant Director of Academic Advising at Biola University where he was able to teach several courses to undergraduate students. He has also been involved with the International Justice Mission, leading seminars and visiting field offices in India where the organisation is working to establish justice throughout the world. Graydon and his wife, Erin, grew up together in the Seattle area and were blessed to be able to bring their golden retriever with them when they moved from California to St Andrews.
